Darrell was a second cousin to my dad, Woody. As boys, they were buddies. I remember he and Julia visiting our home a few times; however, Darrell was killed in an oilfield accident. Dad regretted that he had not taken the time to visit Darrell more often. Darrell and Julia made their home in Stonewall, Oklahoma.
